According to the Lo-Down, Community Board 3’s SLA Committee smiled on Mathieu Palombino of Motorino’s plans to convert a former restaurant supply store at 241 Bowery into an eighteen-table steakhouse, as well as the Los Feliz and Spitzer’s Corner team’s plan to take yet another address on Ludlow (the Bunny Chow space).
