
We last heard from Blue Ginger’s Ming Tsai when he was vanquished on The Next Iron Chef. Fortunately, a little sub-par slow-poached lardo isn’t going to get him down. Tsai will appear at Wellesley Booksmith on Sunday from 2:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. to sign copies of his new cookbook, Simply Ming One-Pot Meals: Quick, Healthy & Affordable Recipes. He’ll also dole out samples based on recipes from the book, while supplies last.
