
According to a USA Today/Zagat survey of the top-ranked hotel restaurants in America’s 25 biggest cities, it is. The guide says Jean Georges’s “wow-inducing cuisine” is “magical.” High praise! And deserved! It’s certainly one of the nicest hotel restaurants, but we wonder: Is it really the best? Here’s a quick rundown of some other restaurants that happen to be in hotels: The Breslin, Má Pêche, Adour Alain Ducasse, Café Boulud, Locanda Verde, Ai Fiori (they’ve got a great burger), and, of course, Faustina.
