We knew it was just around the bend, and this morning the Scoop reports that the swan song for Mattin Noblia’s North Beach restaurant Iluna Basque is coming on Sunday. The red-scarved chef is opening a wellness center of some kind next door, and will continue private cheffing. The Frascati folks should be moving themselves in pretty quickly to open Campanula.
