Ferran Adrià: Influenced by Peru

Ferran Adrià, Gastón Acurio, and other notable chefs reflect upon their passion for Peruvian food in Cooking Up Dreams, a movie screened as part of the Boston Latino International Film Festival this evening at Emerson College. The 75-minute documentary traces Peruvian cuisine as common denominator in a country riddled with ethnic and economic divisions; learn about delicacies like beef hearts and ceviche, then stick around for Panca, an 11-minute documentary about Peruvian dining in New York City, starring chef Emmanuel Piqueras.
