How’s this for a nice Christmas surprise: Late in the day on Thursday, Homaro Cantu, the mastermind behind Moto, announced his latest project called Ing ™. The website is bare, and doesn’t give away much, except that this will be a “Homaro Cantu production.” About the only detail we do have is that it will be coming in March 2011. We’ll keep you posted as soon as we hear more, but considering the mind-bending cuisine that Cantu has been putting out at Moto for all these years, we can’t wait to see what Ing has in store for us.
