It’s almost here. We’ve taken another look at the menu, and imagined ourselves inside the digital plans, but this week Grahamwich will finally open. After a few months of delays, Graham Elliot promised that his new sandwich and soda shop would get everything in order in December. This weekend he announced on Twitter that it would open this week. He even took the above picture of the inside to further prove the point. No word exactly which day this week, but we promise to be one of the first people in the long, long line. [@grahamelliot]
