Though we don’t make a business of keeping up with the comedy scene, we felt obliged to tell you that watermelon-smashing 80s comedian Gallagher — who is in fact still alive, still performing, and still sledgehammering fruit — is coming to Yoshi’s San Francisco on Sunday, December 26 for a 7 p.m. set. What better way to close out the Xmas weekend than to be tickled by manic humor and spattered with projectile fried chicken, melon, etc? We’re also going to wager that he’s updated the act by smashing an iPad or similar.
