Seems to be a trend here: The closing of Campos Burritos locations and the proliferation of Gaby’s. The quick, reliable fix for Greek and Mediterranean eats is continuing its recent bloom, with a location of Gaby’s Express coming soon to the southern reaches of Culver City on Jefferson Blvd. just east of Centinela. The last Gaby’s to spring up was at a new location in upper Culver, with a takeout-focused Gaby’s Express debuting on Venice Blvd. in early 2010. It must have been a success since the store is doubling down. This fifth Gaby’s already has a complete exterior construction and according to a manager should be open in about a month.
