Korean tacos are so 2010
End of year predictions of what will be hot for the year to come can be funny on variety of levels. No one’s perfect and often times those forecasts turn out to be false. But even funnier is when the prophecies presented at the end of the year appear to be a look back rather than a look ahead, which seems is the case with the Epicurious Food Trend Predictions for 2011 that’s running on Shine. Regular readers of Grub Street will surely recognize things like Korean food, pop-ups, tiki bar drinks and foraging, which the list puts forth as things to look forward to in the new year, as trendy topics reported on here and elsewhere throughout the 2010.
