As we noted yesterday, the Globe recently published a most unflattering portrait of the Upper Crust pizzeria’s shoddy treatment of employees. Now the gourmet pie purveyor is firing back at the paper and at their former workers via their website. Click through for their response.
A Message to Our Customers: It is easy to make unsubstantiated allegations, and apparently just as easy to print them without any truth or facts to substantiate them. Business relationships sometimes end, and employees who feel they haven’t been given what they feel entitled to become disgruntled and say untrue, unexpected things. We will continue to wish them well.
