Last week, the Grub Street mothership reported that one-time Philly chef Christopher Lee — he helmed dearly departed Striped Bass (in its Stephen Starr incarnation) — was leaving Charlie Palmer’s Aureole and pursuing, among other things, a food truck, a gastropub and a myriad of restaurants everywhere from Colorado to Washington D.C. The one that caught our eye, a Philadelphia-based seafooder, looks like it might be a go. Lee’s been scouting locations for it in the Old City and Washington Square West neighborhoods, Meal Ticket reports. Aside from possible locations and an ambiguous “2011” target opening date, few other details have materialized. [Meal Ticket]
