The Chefs from Fig, The Gorbals, Bottega Marino, Spago, and Nobu Unite Tomorrow at Test Kitchen

Tomorrow night, with just one week left for the visionary pop-up restaurant, five notable chefs are appearing at Test Kitchen to raise funds for St. Vincent’s Meals on Wheels through Cart for a Cause. Each chef will contribute one dish to the menu, with contributions from Ilan Hall, Sal Marino, Ray Garcia, and Nobu’s Alex Becker providing courses, and Spago’s prized pastry chef Sherry Yard backing it all up with dessert. Test Kitchen informs us that reservations are still currently available for tables. Fortunately for the chefs, but perhaps unfortunately for our own amusement, the chefs will not be cooking in one vehicle together at the same time, bucking the usual set-up at Cart For a Cause.
