Yesterday we told you about the $18 smoothie, and today Sarma Melngailis of Pure Food & Wine e-mails to remind us that her One Lucky Duck raw, vegan take-out shops serve a $24 “Millionaire’s Milkshake,” a pint of vegan ice cream blended with cashew milk. Melngailis explains, “We call it the Millionaire’s Milkshake because I knew if we didn’t poke fun at how expensive it is, we’d get shit for it.”
