Just the other day we noted that British sushi chain YO! Sushi will soon land on our shores in Chicago. Now Boston Restaurant Talk reports that they’re sussing out Boston locations, too. The dining experience is especially fun because you get to pluck your sushi from a wraparound conveyor belt (the way they sometimes do it at Fugakyu). We also appreciate that they call themselves “rock and roll conveyor belt sushi ninjas.”
