
After opening the basement lounge Tzigan and the casual Italian spot La Gazzetta, the French-Italian team behind Bagatelle in the meatpacking and Pacri in St. Barts are finally set to open the last element of their triple-threat venue, Villa Pacri, tomorrow.
With original chefs Michael Berardino and Daniele Sicuranza gone from the project, consulting chef Fabio Trabocchi is now working with Giuliano Matarese, last seen
working for the Malta brothers, and Todd Macdonald, an alumni of Bouley and Cru. Here, at long last, is their menu.
