
Tomorrow evening, Tyler Florence and partner/creative director Jeremy Fox are revealing Rotisserie & Wine, their new meat-focused restaurant in Napa’s Riverfront complex, and we have a menu for you. In addition to the rotisserie offerings (Petaluma chicken with salsa verde; Sonoma lamb ribs with BBQ curry yams; house corned beef with red cabbage; and a porchetta), there are some intriguing small plates that might show a bit of Fox’s hand, like black cod and root vegetable chowder; kale chips; Marin beef tartare with Yorkshire pudding; and Sonoma duck confit served with cracklings, waffles and syrup. Also: house-made charcuterie, and (get this), some house-made “scrapple” (which may also count as charcuterie) that gets fried up on the snack menu. See it all below.
