W Hotel Goes to Court; Mattapan Targeted for Redevelopment

• A three-day bench trial for developers of Boston’s W Hotel began yesterday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court. The property faces foreclosure; charges include failure to meet condo sales goals and failure to launch a planned theme bar. [Herald]
