Yesterday, Delphine updated its menu with French-Medi dishes that fit with fall, with the words “lapin a la moutarde” leaping from a page of new daily specials priced in the low 20’s. The rabbit will be served every Tuesday night with root veggies, white wine, and mustard sauce over a bed of buttered fettucine for $22. While chef Sasha Lyon is introducing pizza champignon to his array of apps, and loup d’mer and striped bass in a fabada of white beans, pork shoulder, chorizo, and tomatoes to the dinner entrees, his daily specials rotate a week of classics like braised veal with lentils on Thursdays, bouillabaisse on Fridays, and a Sunday cassoluet. Check out the full menu of daily specials hitting Delphine below.
