Then there’s the case of David Burke: We’re told that yesterday he got in on “Cyber Monday” by offering 50-percent-off gift cards to anyone who bought one at full price, and from today onward, his website is offering a free $25 gift card for every $100 gift card that you purchase. Restaurateurs doing the whole Cyber Monday thing — it’s a new day in dining!
