Prospect Gets the NYT Treatment

In a piece highlighting hot new restaurants in S.F., Chicago, and elsewhere, the Times today shows a little love for Prospect, quoting Nancy Oakes as saying that most of the new restaurant’s clientele “wouldn’t be at Boulevard without their parents.” They like the “delicate” Wagyu bavette, the Whaler cocktail, the scenery outside the windows, and they call the small plates “impressive.” They conclude, “Prospect feels more suited to a spontaneous celebratory dinner than a hushed setting for sliding that anniversary present across the table.” [NYT]
