Paradise Lounge Gets Its Liquor License Back, a Cereal Restaurant Opens, and More

SoMa: Paradise Lounge, which temporarily shuttered back in August due to an ongoing dispute over who owned the liquor license, appears to be reopening. The location (1501 Folsom) got its liquor license back under the name of John Andreini, but without the DBA ‘Paradise Lounge,’ so perhaps the name is changing? (Their website is also dead.) In any event, the party can continue. [Grub Street]
Also, we reported that Wish (1539 Folsom), around the corner, was changing hands. New owner Callum Hutchins says he likes it just how it is and won’t be changing a thing. [Grub Street]
Sunset: Schweet Boks (2142 Irving at 20th), that cereal restaurant we heard about, is now open, serving cereal, and Intelligentsia coffee. [Scoop]
Western Addition: Ragazza, Gialina’s new little sis, is now doing takeout pizza, etc. Call 415.255.1133. [Haighteration]

Downtown: Ozumo has a new chef: Alex Morgan, who most recently worked at the Michelin three-star Restaurante Akelarre in San Sebastian, Spain. [Scoop]
