And now for something completely different. Let’s forget about Michelin for a minute, and talk about mobile cupcakes. We’re not sure how it was possible that we missed this last week, but one Don Rutledge, an Oak Park resident, has constructed a cupcake car. It’s built from some kid’s old bike, which Rutledge purchased for $5. He also added another wheel and hooked it up to three 12 volt batteries. Currently it can hit 20 miles an hour. Honestly, we’d like to see less cupcake trucks and more of these guys around town, but that’s just us. Check out the madness below.
