Next is getting closer.
It’s only been about a week since Grant Achatz surprised us by starting the hiring process for his new cocktail bar Aviary. Now it looks like Next is, well… next. Achatz tweeted on Saturday that the highly anticipated restaurant is looking to hire. As befitting the latest project from one of the most acclaimed chefs in the world, the process won’t be easy.
