The eternal lines to try LudoTruck might finally subside, as the fried chicken slinger announces that it’s officially going public following some city-wide test-runs. No longer merely attracting all the attention away at food festivals, the truck is now circulating through the city much like any ordinary, average truck (the ones not owned by the city’s hottest French chef).
