Longman & Eagle has had quite a ride in the past few months. The stylized saloon in Logan Square received some stunning reviews, a spot on Esquire’s best new restaurants in the country, and even a Michelin star. Very soon it will open six boutique hotel rooms above the restaurant, which should make the transformation into a saloon complete. Well…almost complete. Since guests will be staying there overnight, the restaurant is just getting ready to start serving breakfast.

The official menu has not been released yet, but they plan to feature a selection of pastries from Jeremy Brutzkus, who was just hired as pastry chef earlier this month. The restaurant is also conveniently located across the street from the Logan Square Blue Line stop, and hopes to attract commuters on their way to work.
