Here’s some more unfortunate chef news: The Dishreports that Jackie Shen will be moving on from Red Light by the end of the year. Shen has been working at the West Loop pan-Asian restaurant for the past eight years. According to Steve Dolinsky, the combination of 80-hour work weeks and the travel bug finally convinced her: “I’m not sure what I want to do, but I do want to travel.” [The Dish/Chicago Mag, WBEZ]
