Tonight’s continuation of Harvard’s Science & Cooking lecture series will feature famed Catalan chef Carme Ruscalleda on the topic of browning and oxidation. Ruscalleda, like countryman Ferran Adrià, boasts one of Spain’s seven restaurants with three Michelin stars. The self-taught chef’s star-adorned restaurant Sant Pau is in village Sant Pol de Mar, and she lays claim to two more Michelin stars for the restaurant’s Tokyo location. The lecture begins at 7 p.m., but if you can’t cram into Science Center D, you can catch the lecture via live stream.
