
Tomorrow night Noble American Cookery hosts a special beer paring dinner with Stillwater Ales, the far off the beaten path artisan beers made in a variety of breweries by “gypsy brewer” Brian Strumke. The $65 four-course dinner will feature game dishes, like wild hare terrine and wild boar leg, paired with Stillwater’s Autumn Saison, Saison Darkly, Stateside and Cellar Door.
