After four years of going as the Fiddlehead Cafe, Owner David Byer has hired a new chef, changed the concept, and abandoned the name. New chef, Joshua Rabbie, will also move things more into the more gastropub direction by curing his own charcuterie in house and bringing in over 150 craft brews. [Chicago Mag]
