After adding six seats and winning two stars from Michelin, Brooklyn Fare has announced, via Facebook, that it’s “expanding the market AND designing a new restaurant right next door to The Chef’s Table. It will have 50 seats and be classic, simple Fare for everyday eats!” Actually the project isn’t anything new — César Ramirez told us about these plans last year, but then put them on hold. Now he tells Eater that when the expansion finally happens next spring, one of his chefs will be in charge of the à la carte menu at the more casual annex, and he’ll continue to head the Chef’s Table. You can guess which section of the restaurant Joshua David Stein will choose to dine in.
