One of Mayor Bloomberg’s favorite lunch spots, Viand, has racked up enough violation points to earn it a C if it doesn’t improve during a follow-up inspection. The Post reminds us that Bloomberg said he wouldn’t patronize C restaurants, so he may have to find a new burger joint — but don’t worry, new blog Best C Grade Restaurants will still show the place some love.
