We gave you a first look at the menu earlier today, and now we’re hearing that Michael White’s Ai Fiori will officially open to the public on Monday, November 29. (It’s been bumped back from the 22.) That’s just four days after Thanksgiving — you’ll probably want to go easy on the takeout turkey and pumpkin pie if you hope to have room for that scallop, black truffle, and bone marrow appetizer.
