Wish (1539 Folsom), which has been dutifully getting kids drunk since 2002, appears to be changing ownership. Real estate agent Callum Hutchins is applying to take over the liquor license from owners of eight years, Isabel and Sean Manchester. Hutchins declined to comment, but could a name/concept change be on the horizon too? [Grub Street]
