Yes, we know: It’s still too early to be bringing up the holidays. But restaurants plan ahead, and serious diners know to book in advance when it comes to Meadowood’s Twelve Days of Christmas feasts, the annual event spanning the first weeks of December in which Meadowood chef Christopher Kostow welcomes star chefs from around the world to cook special guest dinners, and each are paired with local wineries. We noted earlier that Morimoto, Jeremy Fox, Nancy Silverton, and Ludovic Lefebvre were among this year’s chefs, and today we receive word that the wineries and dates are all finalized, so get your calendars out, and book early.
