Marc Vetri and partners Jeff Benjamin and Jeff Michaud plan to sign a lease on a property this week where they expect to open a fourth venture, the Restaurant Club reports. For this latest effort, team Vetri is aiming for a more casual vibe than their previous restaurants with what they are calling a birreria, an Italian pub. The location, which is just a few doors down form their Osteria, is the former Wilkie Buick dealership at 600 North Broad Street. An opening date, name and other details remain elusive, but the space will reportedly feature a large bar, casual food and plenty of beer.
