
Looks like Blue Ribbon Brasserie will be getting some late-night company on Sullivan Street: Andrew Carmellini tells Feast that the Dutch will have three different rooms, an oyster bar, a craft-beer program, and will be open till 2 a.m. It’ll be “twenty percent steakhouse, thirty percent chef-driven Greenmarket cooking, ten percent oyster bar, ten percent taqueria, ten percent pancake house.” [Feast]
