Beer and Sausage Festival Begins; Korilla BBQ Makes Its Debut

Gramercy: The Beer and Sausage Festival kicks off Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. with a celebration at L’Express. All beers (including rare and vintage) are $6 per glass and paired with different sausage dishes from the nine Tour de France restaurants. Prospect Park: A new sit-down restaurant, the Blue Roost, is opening tomorrow at 539 Flatbush Avenue. The joint venture between Enduro’s bartenders Linda Billings and Billy Clark is a BYOB (until a license is approved) comfort food spot, seating nineteen.
