Terzo Piano proved that a restaurant in a museum didn’t have to suck, and now it looks like they are hoping to do that for the little cafe inside the museum, too. Today is the first day for the Caffee Moderne, which is on the balcony of the Modern Wing that overlooks the Griffin Court. It’s a soft opening, so we don’t have a full menu yet, but you’ll apparently be able to purchase “salads, soups, snack, and desserts by the Terzo Piano chefs.” [Chicago Magazine]
