Rootstock Gets a New Chef and Menu

It’s been a little over two months since Remy Ayesh left the charming Rootstock for a new gig in New York. The wine and beer bar in Humboldt Park had collected an impressive following in less than a year, and we wondered who could continue the success. Turns out they decided to go with Duncan Biddulph who comes by way of Lula Cafe in Logan Square. He seems to be the perfect pick to continue the mix of charcuterie, seasonal entrees, and “crusts.” Check out the full menu over at Time Out Chicago.
