It’s been a little over two months since Remy Ayesh left the charming Rootstock for a new gig in New York. The wine and beer bar in Humboldt Park had collected an impressive following in less than a year, and we wondered who could continue the success. Turns out they decided to go with Duncan Biddulph who comes by way of Lula Cafe in Logan Square.
