Prospect Launches Happy Hour… With Trotter Tots

When we were gathering evidence for our piece about the rise of pork trotters, we came across something called Trotter Tots on the menu at new NYC restaurant LowCountry. Now, Ravi Kapur has put a miniature version of his crispy trotters with lobster dish on the new happy hour menu at Prospect — which launches this week, featuring $7 cocktails, $5 wine and beer, and $5 small plates — and is calling them Trotter Tots, served with lobster aioli.
