Platt Finds Hits and Misses at Eataly; Wine on Tap Flows Freely

In the magazine this week, Adam Platt checks out Eataly, where he finds “all sorts of unexpected pleasures” in the ingredient-specific mini-restaurants, particularly the meat-centric Manzo. (The salumi-and-cheese-oriented La Piazza fares less well.)
