Taco trucks and hole-in-the-wall burrito dens have their place. But sometimes, really, you just need an industrial-strength margarita and fajitas the size of your face. To this end, New Hampshire-based Tex-Mex chain Margaritas is making plans to pepper Massachusetts with more restaurants, according to the Boston Business Journal. Their Lexington and Medford locations, which opened earlier this year, are the company’s busiest branches. In fact, the restaurants have made such a splash that NECN recently anointed Margaritas the area’s best Mexican restaurant. Spicy.
