Along with reinvigorating Sofitel with a sexy new bar and lounge, Liberté, which quietly opened last weekend, has reeled in one of the country’s premier mixologists, Marc Yanga. The talented cocktail shaker has been honing his behind-the-bar skills in Washington DC and Chicago for years.
