Rialto chef-owner Jody Adams has taken out lots of time to help others. So much, in fact, that she was recently named Humanitarian of the Year by Share Our Strength. Tomorrow she’ll take time to offer her expertise on signature Rialto dishes, including lobster bucatini, grilled littlenecks and slow-roasted duck. A multicourse lunch with wine pairing is included in the $125 price for the 11am-2:30pm class.
