We don’t usually throw our party hats on for national food holidays, until “free” or “practically free food” rears its magical head. To that end, the three SoCal restaurants that fall under The House of An (Crustacean, AnQi, and Tiato) are celebrating today’s “national noodle day” by selling bowls of their garlic noodles for only 89 cents (supposedly their original price in 1980).
