As previously reported, the Royalton decided to shake things up (or stir things up, depending on your preference) by hiring star bartenders Richard Boccato, John Lermayer, Simon Ford, Willy Shine, Misty Kalkofen, and Eric Alperin to turn the former Brasserie 44 into a tippling destination. The so-called Cocktail Collective has finally hammered down a menu, and it debuts tonight at the new Forty Four. A square bar will make sure the $15–$17 libations are front and center.
