If you’ve been chomping at the bit for a new Belizean restaurant, your patience might just pay off as Flavors of Belize, a restaurant we spotted under construction back in August 2009, has finally opened its doors. The restaurant specializes in a menu of homemade standards from a husband and wife team. A restaurant from Belize attached to the precariously slanted parking lot of a pink Mid-City hotel…Isn’t this why we love L.A.?
