Starr’s mod-Mex spot in Center City, El Rey, just introduced Comida Corrida — a small traditional Mexican daytime meal — a new $9.99 lunch deal that’s available daily from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. The lunchtime deal includes two dishes and complimentary chips and salsa. Some menu highlights include Nopales Salad, cactus, pumpkin seeds, avocado and tomato, Gorditas, corn masa bun, pork pibil and hard boiled egg, and Tostada, crispy tortilla, chicken tinga and cotija cheese.
