This weekend the busy chef’s battle with Michael Symon on Iron Chef America finally airs on the Food Network. You’ll have to tune in Sunday at 10 (or set your DVR) to learn the secret ingredient and the ultimate outcome. A tipster tells us that PR magnate Jennifer Baum and Kings of Leon Singer Caleb Followill will be two of the judges in this episode. In somewhat related news, the former tenant of the cozy Spruce Street building that houses Vetri’s flagship restaurant, Georges Perrier, will appear on the premiere of A&E;’s show Fix this Kitchen on Saturday. Perrier will help build out a dream kitchen for Norhteast Philly’s Brian and Shawna Clark.
